Hardspace Shipbreaker: Component Cluster
A downloadable game
Design week submission with the challenge of adapting an existing title; Hardspace Shipbreaker, into a physical tabletop game. Component cluster has 2 players equipped with different tools work together to cut, rotate, move, and tether pieces of a ship into colored groups as to complete various puzzles within a turn threshold. Components are simplified to red and blue pieces that are connected by two types of links, hazard and normal links. Players need to cut normal links to isolate collections of colored components and tether them together as to create large collections to scrap more efficiently.
